SWCA Promotes Judy Cooper to Bismarck Office Director

PHOENIX—Judy Cooper has been promoted to Bismarck office director for SWCA Environmental Consultants. Previously office lead and cultural resource lead for SWCA, Cooper has more than 11 years of experience in archaeology and the environmental consulting industry.

She is now responsible for managing and mentoring staff; developing new business; tracking business opportunities; and managing projects, client relationships, and office financials.

Cooper holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Penn State University as well as a master's degree and a Ph.D. in anthropology from Southern Methodist University.
