Joseph Fluder

Joseph is SWCA’s Rocky Mountain Central Regional Manager. He strategically manages contracts and clients and oversees environmental consulting operations in Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wyoming.

Joseph holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental geography from Illinois State University and master’s degree in geography from the University of New Mexico. He has taught geography, geographic information systems, and natural resource courses at the University of New Mexico and Central New Mexico College, and he has co-authored peer-reviewed papers on fisheries and habitat restoration.

Joseph is a member of the Association of American Geographers (AAG), Southwest AAG, National Association of Environmental Professionals, and Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society.
