Ken is the Principal for SWCA’s Southwest operations. Throughout his career, he has served as a project manager or senior technical adviser on hundreds of natural resource management and NEPA projects. He is also adept in managing environmental assessments and environmental impact statements, having completed such documents for agencies including FERC, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, U.S. Forest Service, and Department of Defense.
An expert in Clean Water Act regulations, Ken has overseen site investigations, regulatory compliance, and permitting for various water supply and utility projects. He has also been responsible for providing site-specific technical information to clients in response to regulatory requirements, project coordination and scheduling, contract negotiations, subcontractor management, financial management, and proposal and report preparation and review.
Prior to joining SWCA in 1999, Ken held positions within the Office of Surface Mining, worked as a mined land reclamation field direction for Goodson and Associates in Denver, Colorado, and acted as a senior project manager for environmental firms in Florida and Phoenix.
