SWCA Welcomes Principal Investigator

PHOENIX, AZ -- Apr. 24, 2006 -- SWCA Environmental Consultants has expanded its Cultural Resources team with the addition of Principal Investigator Suzanne Griset, who will be working in the firm’s Tucson office. Griset has more than 25 years of experience managing archaeological collections as well as conducting archaeological and ethnographic studies. She also has a background in developing and curating exhibits and conveying results of archaeological investigations to the public. Her responsibilities at SWCA will include tribal consultation, business development, and project management. “I hope to help broaden the services we offer, particularly our tribal services. Our large staff size and coordination between offices will definitely make it possible,” Griset stated. Griset has a Ph.D. in Anthropology from U.C. Davis, specializing in archaeology of the western United States and ceramic analysis.
