Overview:

SWCA performed survey, testing, data recovery and monitoring for Talking Rock Ranch in Yavapai County, Arizona.

Services Provided:

• Fenced and monitored project site
• Processed site records and artifactual materials

Results:

SWCA staff convinced developers not only to dig threatened sites, but also to preserve some of the larger more important sites in perpetuity, either through donation to the Archaeological Conservancy or through local Indian Tribes.
