Overview:

SWCA was retained by Skyline Corporation to provide environmental and conservation planning input relating to the preservation, enhancement and long-term maintenance of wildlife habitat within The Cliffs Master Planned Community, a 700-acre site east of Boise, Idaho.

Services Provided:

• Assisted in developing a wildlife habitat mitigation and enhancement plan
  
• Conducted a Class III Cultural Resources inventory

Results:
Skyline's Planned Community Application and Phase 1 Preliminary Platt were approved by the Ada County Commission in December, 2006.
