Overview:

SWCA was retained by Colusa County, California to prepare an environmental impact report (EIR) for a Colusa County General Plan Amendment and Zoning Amendment for the Colusa Industrial Properties. The project involves a mixed use community on 139 acres with up to 107 residential units, modification of a 9-hole golf course with a new clubhouse, various commercial and office uses, new wastewater treatment facilities, and related infrastructure.

Results:

SWCA completed the Final EIR, and the project is scheduled to be reviewed by the Colusa County Board of Supervisors. The EIR identified mitigation measures to reduce adverse impacts on project residents and environmental resources.
