Hydrogen and Product Lines Permitting Assistance for Buckeye Gulf Coast Pipelines

Overview:
SWCA was contracted by Buckeye Gulf Coast Pipelines in Lucas County, Ohio to obtain pertinent federal, state, and local permits for the construction of four miles of hydrogen and off-gas (undissolved, ozonated air) pipelines in the City of Toledo:

- Clean Water Act, Section 404 permit
- Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan
- Construction Notice of Intent
- Water Quality Certification, Section 401 permit
- Hydrostatic test water discharge permit
- Endangered species and cultural resources clearance
- Ohio Power Siting Board approval
Results:
SWCA provided a field inspector for the duration of the project to assure that the SWPPP was in compliance. At the completion of this project, the SWPPP was completed and applied in the field. The client was pleased with our services and has hired us for assistance with other projects.
