SWCA was contracted by the National Park Service to write an Environmental Assessment (EA) for the Sleeping Rainbow Ranch Adaptive Reuse Project in Capital Reef National Park, Utah. This reuse project centered on the development of a facility that would be run by the Utah Valley State College to provide students with the opportunity to research alternative energy sources.
