SWCA assisted HLB, Inc. and Cosmopolitan Engineering in developing an environmental assessment (EA) for proposed upgrades to the City of Warrenton wastewater treatment plant.

- Prepared a biological assessment to address potential impacts to Lower Columbia River evolutionarily significant units of salmonids and bald eagle under the Endangered Species Act
- Prepared an Environmental Assessment Report to meet funding requirements

Results:
The clients praised SWCA for their thorough assessments and permit application assistance. Cosmopolitan Engineering revised a new contract to retain SWCA for construction monitoring services and support with final design and building specifications.
