SWCA was contracted by the Questar Pipeline Company to prepare an environmental assessment (EA) for submittal to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The EA was needed to build a buried natural gas pipeline across private lands as well as lands administered by the BLM and the State of Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration.

 

 

As SWCA collected and analyzed data for preparation of the EA, Questar’s project manager commended SWCA staff on their impressive work. As a result of our EA work, SWCA was retained to provide additional services, including environmental inspection throughout construction of the pipeline.
