The Rancho Sahuarita Development Corp. retained SWCA to perform biological and cultural resource studies for a proposed master plan community on several thousand acres in southern Pima County, Arizona.

Results:
Throughout this ongoing project, SWCA has been proactive in identifying and analyzing potential issues that could delay construction. SWCA staff developed cultural resource treatment guidelines that were approved by Rancho Sahuarita at the beginning of the project. In addition, SWCA has completed archaeological and biological mitigation tasks that have allowed the client to proceed with the project within their time constraints.
