This complex discipline focuses on the enhancement and/or preservation of environmental resources. Environmental planning efforts can have a great effect on communities; therefore, they often involve multiple parties and numerous requirements. SWCA has the expertise to assist clients with every aspect of environmental planning. We are adept in writing NEPA and CEQA documents, including categorical exclusions, environmental assessments (EAs), and environmental impact statements (EISs). In addition to resource management plans (RMPs) and habitat conservation plans (HCPs), we provide watershed and fire management plans. We perform data collection and analysis, third party technical review of project plans, and preparation and submittal of mitigated negative declarations.
