Issues in Section 106: An Advanced Seminar (2 days)
This course is designed for practitioners experienced in project review under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, or for those who have completed introductory Section 106 training offered by SWCA or another organization. The material is tailored to participants’ needs and interests and will cover current case law, regulatory changes, and developments in Section 106 practice. Creative problem solving is used to address the challenges and complexities of Section 106 review.
