Refund Policy
Full refunds available when cancellations are made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled training course. Cancellations made without 14 days notice will receive a refund less 20%. Full credit for future courses is also available.
Cancellation Policy
SWCA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the date, time, and location of a training class at any time, including replacing personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the training. In the event a training class is cancelled, the customer is entitled to a full refund. SWCA shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the customer as a result of cancellation or reschedule.
