How Does a Webinar Work?
A phone and internet connection is required to participate in an SWCA webinar. After registering, you will receive a conference call phone number and access code as well as a link to the webinar conference room. During the webinar, you will listen to the audio portion of the call via phone and view the presentation online. Telephone and online chat are used for discussion sessions.
Your registration fee covers one point of phone and web conferencing access, however you can invite as many people as you would like to participate in the training. Some participants watch the webinar from their desk while listening to the audio portion of the call from their personal phones while other groups may invite entire teams to participate in the program by viewing the program from an office or by projecting the webinar onto a screen in a large conference room.
Webinar Series
Each introductory webinar consists of two hours of instruction on two consecutive days. Registrants will be given access to the webinar login information and presentation materials 24-48 hours prior to training.
