Brian is the Senior Principal for the Texas and Gulf Coast region. Brian has been with SWCA since 2000 and has more than 20 years of technical and project management experience, specializing in comprehensive environmental impact analysis under legislation such as the National Environmental Policy Act, and construction monitoring for linear corridor projects in the oil and gas and transportation industries. Brian brings to each project extensive experience in biology, terrestrial and aquatic ecology, and regulatory affairs.

He possesses extensive knowledge of the current regulatory environment in the southeastern U.S. and Gulf Coast region with respect to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and the National Marine Fisheries Service, as well as current positions of the coordinating state resource agencies and non-governmental organizations. Brian holds a bachelor's degree in wildlife and fisheries science from Texas A&M University and a master's degree in environmental management from the University of Houston.
