I'm driven to understand our clients and in turn help solve challenges on their projects in the most efficient fashion.
how can i help you build a successful project?
Jim has spent more than 20 years at SWCA managing controversial and difficult environmental projects for our clients. These projects have included deep-water crude oil terminals (both onshore and offshore), proposed liquid natural gas terminals in estuarine environments, lignite mining, water resource projects, and extensive drainage and flood control projects in coastal regions. Jim has extensive experience in the management and preparation of environmental documents with his National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) experience spanning more than 40 years on projects throughout the U.S. and overseas.
When he’s not traveling across the country meeting clients or solving the next generation problem you can find Jim tinkering on muscle cars at his home in Austin, TX.
