Daniel Neal has joined SWCA’s Pasadena office as the Utility Services Director, managing SWCA’s multidisciplinary utility services program. Serving the entire state of California, he leads SWCA’s team to ensure professional and technical excellence while promoting a culture of teamwork, engagement, quality service, and client satisfaction.
“Ultimately, my goal is to design and implement programs that allow our utility clients to achieve their objectives on-time and on-budget, while providing technical excellence and minimizing costs,” says Daniel.
A former regulator in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ (USACE) Sacramento District, he has supported the environmental review programs of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) and Southern California Edison (SCE). With more than 14 years of experience, his areas of expertise include project management, Clean Water Act (CWA) permit applications, wetland delineations, CEQA compliance, biological resource assessments, and bat biology.
