Kathy Salvador is SWCA’s Program Management Vice President. In this role, Kathy leads the development and scaling of SWCA’s client-focused program management teams. These nationwide teams nurture and grow strategic relationships, partner with clients to scale up SWCA’s business, and provide career-defining opportunities for teams.
Kathy joined SWCA from NextEra Energy, where she most recently served as Senior Director of Environmental Services. Her expertise spans the transmission and generation markets, along with notable experience in the oil and gas sector.
Kathy has built and directed teams in support of over $50B in corporate growth initiatives across the US and Canada, focusing on developing and implementing environmental permitting strategies, leading environmental due diligence for corporate M&A, and managing and communicating environmental risk to key decision makers.
