Quinn has been a member of SWCA’s Marketing Team since 2019. As a content developer, she loves learning about SWCA’s people, projects, and services through writing articles. Quinn also teams with departments across the company, managing and developing internal communications.
A proud Spartan, she graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Sustainability and Environmental Journalism. Born and raised in Michigan, Quinn moved to Denver to join SWCA (and enjoy all the mountain activities).
Brent joined SWCA in 2020 and manages the company’s digital external content including SWCA.com, The Wire e-newsletter, and social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).
Brent graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Political Science. He lives in Madison, WI where he is learning to love the snow, and enjoys watching Formula 1 racing, trying new recipes, and working on a never-ending list of DIY projects.
Since joining SWCA in 2022, Sarah has mainly led external communications, including content strategies, narratives, and the development of SWCA’s award-winning publication, The Wire. As a strategic communicator, Sarah finds the best part of her role is connecting with the incredibly intelligent and talented people across the company to help tell their story to prospective clients and the broader world, whether that’s through expert insights or earned media.
With a journalism degree and nearly 15 years of marketing communications experience in the A/E/C industry, Sarah is particularly passionate about storytelling to amplify the brand and drive results. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending as much time as possible in the great outdoors with her family and friends.
Reid Persing has successfully permitted over 2,000 miles of extra-high-voltage transmission lines on behalf of clients in the United States. As Program Management Vice President, Reid supports teams working on behalf of NextEra to ensure they understand expectations related to integration into NextEra’s Environmental, Development, and E&C teams; supports proactive critical thinking outside the environmental scope of work; and helps teams connect with resources and insights to meet development cadence and other client requirements. His technical expertise includes leading teams pursuing major capital development projects through the development of permitting strategies, routing and siting studies, and strategy execution; preparation of federal and state right-of-way (ROW) applications; National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) document preparation; regulatory coordination; and planning and execution of technical studies.
