Alyson Eddie Promoted to Vice President, Great Basin

We are excited to announce that Alyson Eddie has been promoted to Vice President, Great Basin. As Vice President, Alyson will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and delivering success in the Great Basin subregion, including financial performance, client development, staff engagement, and technical quality. She will drive the collaboration and alignment needed to achieve goals for the subregion, the west region, and OneSWCA.

Alyson is an accomplished environmental consultant and operations leader with over 20 years of experience in natural resources and environmental science. She holds a BS in Ecology and Environmental Biology from Appalachian State University and is a subject matter expert in landscape and restoration ecology. Her experience spans south Florida, California, Nevada, the Great Plains, and the Great Basin.

Alyson has excelled as SWCA’s Senior Natural Resources Program Director in Salt Lake City since 2021, driving strategic growth and expanding her team while diversifying technical expertise in fire planning, ecological restoration, water resources, and hydropower. Alyson is recognized for her empathetic, action-oriented leadership style, her ability to navigate complex challenges, and her commitment to fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and high performance.
