Celebrating an Impactful 2025 Gives Back Campaign: Stepping Stones to Stability
Quinn has been a member of SWCA’s Marketing Team since 2019. As a content developer, she loves learning about SWCA’s people, projects, and services through writing articles. Quinn also teams with departments across the company, managing and developing internal communications.
A proud Spartan, she graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Sustainability and Environmental Journalism. Born and raised in Michigan, Quinn moved to Denver to join SWCA (and enjoy all the mountain activities).
Each year, SWCA rallies around a national cause for our annual Gives Back Campaign, a tradition that embodies our Core Value of Giving Back. In 2025, our campaign, Empowering New Beginnings: Stepping Stones to Stability, focused on raising funds and volunteering to help individuals gain access to safe and affordable housing.
Stable housing is a foundational need, yet acquiring the tools and skills necessary to transition into a secure home can be a significant challenge. Through this year’s campaign, SWCA supported individuals on their journey toward stability, dignity, and opportunity.
SWCA employees across the country participated by donating furniture and household supplies, volunteering at food banks and shelters, and organizing personal and household supply drives in their offices.
The campaign exceeded its fundraising goal, with employee contributions totaling $10,155—surpassing our $10,000 goal. SWCA matched this amount, resulting in a total impact of $20,155 directly to programs that restore dignity, create opportunities, and build pathways out of homelessness for those most in need.
We are grateful to everyone who participated; the collective time, enthusiasm, and generosity of our employees made the campaign a true success.

Employees in the Pasadena office volunteered at their local homeless services shelter as part of this companywide campaign.
