Cheryl Tilly Joins SWCA as Chief Digital Information Officer

Cheryl Tilly joins SWCA as Chief Digital Information Officer. In this strategically important role, Cheryl will work to strengthen SWCA’s digital and data infrastructure, drive enterprise system modernization, and advance the use of emerging technologies to enhance operational excellence, employee experience, and client service.

Cheryl brings more than 20 years of executive experience at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and strategy. She has served in senior technology leadership roles for global organizations in the mining, manufacturing, and energy sectors, including as Global Chief Information Officer for Royal DSM, Global Head of Information Systems and Technology for Nikola Corporation, and Chief Information Officer for Alacer Gold Corporation. She has also provided independent executive advisory services, leading enterprise cloud modernization, ERP transformation, and AI-driven innovation initiatives across multiple industries.
