Erika Sagrafena Promoted to Program Management Director
Erika Sagrafena has been promoted to Program Management Director. In this new role, Erika will lead the growth and execution of SWCA’s capabilities to meet the needs of a key client in the transmission sector. She will also support the career development and growth of our program management teams, and coordinate efforts across SWCA offices and business units.
Erika joined SWCA in 2017 after a decade with other consulting firms in the utility sector. She has managed some of SWCA’s largest utility and capital projects in California and the western US including transmission line routing and siting, supporting clients in FERC Order 1000 competitive transmission pursuits, and utility and energy related permitting and construction compliance efforts. Erika has a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a master’s degree from University of San Francisco.
