Heather Moffitt Promoted to Director of Talent Development

Heather Moffitt has been promoted to Director of Talent Development. In this newly established role, Heather will continue to lead the Talent Development team and help shape SWCA as the best workplace by empowering career growth through transformative learning and strategic partnerships.

Heather holds a BS in Elementary and Special Education from Northern Arizona University and started her career as an elementary teacher before transitioning to corporate learning. She joined SWCA 4.5 years ago and during this time she has helped with the roll-out of our award-winning Career Development Program, created “Betty the Biologist,” designed and developed LEAP Level Up (which currently boasts over 400 graduates and just completed the 25th cohort), partnered on multiple billable projects, and more.
