Jacqueline Tilligkeit Promoted to Senior Quality Technical Director
Jacqueline Tilligkeit has been promoted to Senior Quality Technical Director. In this role, Jacqueline will work closely with the Project Management, Field Services, and Technical Senior Directors to achieve mutual goals and strategic initiatives, while creating alignment for quality assurances and quality control with company-wide standards for deliverables across the company.
Over the last two and a half years, Jacqueline has built a robust quality program from scratch, helping employees at all levels become more quality oriented. The quality program at SWCA goes beyond checklists and templates as it aims to provide resources and training for all employees to succeed in their project work regardless of their role.
Jacqueline has been a project manager, author, editor, subject matter expert, geospatial data manager, and field employee throughout her environmental consulting tenure, often pushing project teams to be as efficient as possible and use the best available technology. Before beginning the quality program, Jacqueline was a key member of SWCA’s Technology Team, supervising and mentoring large teams of GIS employees. Now she supports SWCA’s Technical Publications team.
