Kathy Salvador joins SWCA as Program Management Vice President. In this role, Kathy will lead the development and scaling of SWCA’s client-focused program management teams. These nationwide teams nurture and grow strategic relationships, partner with clients to scale up SWCA’s business, and provide career-defining opportunities for teams.

Kathy joins SWCA from NextEra Energy, where she most recently served as Senior Director of Environmental Services. Her expertise spans the transmission and generation markets, along with notable experience in the oil and gas sector. Widely respected in the energy industry, Kathy brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong reputation to our team.

Kathy has built and directed teams in support of over $50B in corporate growth initiatives across the U.S. and Canada, focusing on developing and implementing environmental permitting strategies, leading environmental due diligence for corporate M&A, and managing and communicating environmental risk to key decision makers.
