Locke Brillhart Promoted to Vice President of Technology & Data Solutions

Locke Brillhart has been promoted to Vice President of Technology and Data Solutions. In this role, Locke will be responsible for overseeing SWCA’s Business Solutions/ERP operations and planning team, collaboration software team, custom software development, and data science teams. He and his teams support and build a wide range of solutions, including Deltek, Smartsheet, PowerBI, SpotBot, PowerApps, and custom solutions for the NEPA public engagement processes and field data collection.

Locke joined SWCA in early 2022, bringing with him significant experience in our industry and in commercial software development from his previous role as VP of Technology at Sounds True. He holds degrees in Computer Science and Applied Physics from Colorado State University and is also known for having the best moustache in the company.
