Nate Hickinbotham Joins SWCA as Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Director

Nate Hickinbotham joins SWCA as Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Director.  In this role, Nate will lead finance professionals in delivering actionable analysis and planning to senior leaders while expanding the financial acumen of consulting leaders and project managers.

Nate brings 15 years of finance experience within various industries, most recently leading the FP&A team at Leslie’s Poolmart Inc., supporting sales and corporate functions, supply chain, marketing, IT and E-Commerce.

Nate’s passions at work are people, learning, and perspective, which he uses to build high performing teams, develop dynamic financial modeling and challenge the status quo for process improvements and efficiencies.
