Ross Pilotte Promoted to Strategic Growth Director - Client Services
Ross Pilotte has been promoted to Strategic Growth Director – Client Services. In this role, Ross will advance client relationships, business development strategies, geographic growth, and staff development across SWCA, with a focus on federal, power and energy, and manufacturing business lines. He will enhance our connectivity with Congressional Leaders, their staff, and key Federal Energy Agencies such as the DOE, FERC, and BOEM.
Leveraging his extensive professional network within Federal Agencies, Capitol Hill, project developers, and various commercial and industrial clients, Ross will support large and complex energy and permitting projects, lead proposal efforts, and develop strategies to secure strategic pursuits. He will also collaborate with our Client Services, Delivery, and Operations teams to share critical information about Federal strategic energy funding priorities and availability of funds in the broader energy and manufacturing sectors.
Ross is a respected expert in infrastructure permitting with a decade of experience in project, program, and policy development, management, and implementation. His primary focus has been on streamlining and enhancing the transparency of permitting decisions across federal, state, tribal, and local governments while prioritizing public input and environmental resources.
