Ryan Allison Promoted to Director of Ecological Restoration
Ryan Allison has been promoted to Director of Ecological Restoration for SWCA’s North region. In his new role, Ryan will collaborate with the client services team, North leadership and ecological and ecosystem restoration leads to develop and execute a regional growth strategy and build SWCA’s brand within the ecological restoration sphere.
Ryan hails from Purdue University’s Natural Resources and Environmental Science Program and began his career as a restoration ecologist in 2001 with a small environmental consulting firm based in northern Indiana. He later advanced to a senior project manager role at Cardno, and subsequently Stantec, where he identified, won, and executed large habitat restoration projects throughout the eastern US.
Ecological restoration is a rapidly expanding service line in the North region. Ryan’s exceptional record in the field has proven success in building teams, creating, and executing strategic growth plans, and selling ecological restoration work across a broad geography, including the Great Lakes, making him the ideal candidate for this position. His expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving the growth and development of SWCA’s ecological restoration services in the North region.
