SWCA Welcomes Mid-Atlantic Strategic Response Management / Natural Resource Damage Assessment Team
SWCA has expanded its Mid-Atlantic presence with a team of seasoned professionals bringing over 200 years of combined Strategic Response and NRDA experience.
SWCA’s presence and service offerings in the Mid-Atlantic have expanded significantly with the addition of an established group of environmental consulting professionals. This team has worked together for more than 20 years and brings more than 200 years of combined Strategic Response Management and Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) experience to SWCA.
This group also brings extensive expertise in water permitting services (NPDES, TMDL, CWA 316b); marine studies, fisheries, and habitat assessment; energy (renewables, oil & gas, transmission) permitting and compliance; natural resource economics, and ecological restoration services. They work with a variety of industrial, legal, energy, and government clients throughout the United States.
Art Saunders will serve as the Director for SWCA’s greater Philadelphia area office; Dr. Jeff Wakefield will serve as SWCA’s Technical Director of economics; and Dr. Ralph Markarian will provide senior oversight of our NRDA and ecotoxicology services. Additional long-time colleagues include Jessie Webber, Angie Morrow, Heath Byrd, Ryan Rupprecht, and Stephanie Healey.
