Tara Low Joins SWCA as Program Management Director

Tara Low joins SWCA as Program Management Director. In this role, Tara will lead efforts to grow and scale her team for the significant expansion of key client work anticipated in the coming years. She will oversee the quality execution of our diverse project portfolio, including wind, solar, transmission, and thermal projects. Additionally, Tara will focus on fostering career development for the program management team and working closely with SWCA offices and business units to ensure the success of our staff and business.

Tara brings 18 years of environmental consulting experience in the utility industry, with technical and leadership roles in areas such as siting, planning, permitting, operational leadership, business development, due diligence, program development, and technical writing. With over 10 years of project management experience, she has successfully executed projects in transmission, substation, solar, onshore, and offshore wind, and pipelines across North America.
