2023 EBJ Business Achievement Award | Mergers & Acquisitions

EBJ recognizes SWCA for for acquiring ALO Advisors, an international management consulting firm focused on sustainability advisory services. By hiring ALO Advisors’ group of 21 professionals across the U.S., Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, and Sweden, SWCA established a sustainability and management consulting service line. The acquisition added an office in Monterey, Mexico and expanded the firm’s network of affiliates to over 50 countries.
