SWCA is providing environmental consulting services in support of the Rover-Bulger Compressor Station and Harmon Creek Meter Station Expansion Project. Rover Pipeline LLC (Rover) plans to expand an existing compressor station and meter station in Pennsylvania to satisfy the demands of its partners and customers. The project is designed to provide Rover’s existing customers with an additional outlet for existing or future gas supplies, flexibility for volumes, and provide future incremental revenue for the unsubscribed Rover capacity.
SWCA supported development of Rover’s FERC 7(c) Application by preparing Environmental Reports, conducting agency and tribal outreach, and responding to FERC environmental information requests. SWCA conducted natural and cultural resource field surveys, including wetland and waterbody delineations, threatened and endangered species habitat surveys, archaeological surveys, and architectural history surveys and continues to support the federal and state permitting efforts.
