The Rover–Sunny Farms Receipt and Delivery Meter Station Project consists of a unique partnership between Rover Pipeline LLC (Rover) and Vision RNG Seneca, LLC (Vision) in Hancock County, Ohio. The project involves construction of a new delivery (fuel), and receipt meter station situated adjacent to Rover’s existing Rover Mainline pipeline easement. Vision will convert gas from a nearby landfill to pipeline-quality renewable natural gas and deliver it to Rover’s proposed meter station. The overall objective of the project is to create a more sustainable energy infrastructure that will provide clean RNG supply options to Rover shippers in the mid-west.
In support of Rover’s FERC 7(c) Application, SWCA prepared the necessary Environmental Reports, conducted agency and tribal outreach, and assisted in responding to FERC environmental information requests.
