Eric Kasprzak Promoted to Natural Resources Director - Pacific Northwest Subregion
Eric Kasprzak has been promoted to Natural Resources Director of SWCA’s Pacific Northwest Subregion. In this role, Eric will lead hiring, retention, and succession planning while fostering a team culture centered on teamwork, engagement, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. He will oversee environmental services related to National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and Clean Water Act (CWA), ensuring excellence in staffing, quality assurance and control, and project execution, and work with the Pacific Northwest Leadership team to drive business growth by strengthening client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Eric brings experience in leadership, environmental planning, permitting, and compliance. Prior to SWCA, he spent 14 years at PacifiCorp, advancing from a contract biologist to senior environmental analyst, where he led environmental compliance and regulatory training efforts.
Eric joined SWCA in 2022 as a permitting lead and was promoted to natural resources team lead in 2023. With a proven history in leadership, business development, and proposal writing, Eric has played a key role in developing the existing team and expanding SWCA’s presence in the Pacific Northwest.
