Nelson Aguilar Promoted to Technology Operations Director

Nelson Aguilar has been promoted to Technology Operations Director. In this role, Nelson will lead our technology support and infrastructure teams, with a focus on ensuring operational excellence, proactively maintaining system reliability, and driving innovation in the design and implementation of new technologies. His leadership will continue to enhance the employee experience and reinforce how technology makes SWCA a more effective and enjoyable place to work.

Since joining SWCA in 2022 as technology service and support manager, Nelson has transformed our Support team into one of the best in the industry. Under his guidance, the team has grown into a group of highly skilled, collaborative, and enthusiastic professionals who consistently deliver outstanding service and drive continuous improvement in both process and technology.
