Amanda Rekow Joins SWCA as Vice President of Legal

Amanda Rekow joins SWCA as Vice President of Legal, Corporate Counsel. In this role, Amanda will provide support on an assortment of legal matters including compliance, employment law, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, legal claims, and legal disputes. Amanda will also work closely with leadership throughout the organization to set direction on legal matters and strategic transactions.

Amanda has joined us after spending fourteen years with POWER Engineers, Inc., where she was corporate counsel and the legal services manager. Amanda earned her J.D. from the University of Idaho, and following law school continued to reside in Idaho, currently in the Treasure Valley.
