Karlyn Boguslawski Joins SWCA as Talent Development Director
Karlyn Boguslawski joins SWCA as Talent Development Director. In this role, she will lead efforts to advance talent development strategies that build leadership capability, support employee growth, enhance leader effectiveness, and align development initiatives with SWCA’s business priorities.
Karlyn brings more than 14 years of human resources experience, with deep expertise in learning, organizational development, and talent management across the distribution, manufacturing, and consulting sectors. She has worked in a range of environments, including a Fortune 200 public company, privately held organizations, and employee-owned firms. Most recently, she spent seven years at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in the AEC industry, where she established and led the organization’s first talent development and learning function.
Karlyn holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
