Stephanie Hudgins is Senior Vice President of Client Services at SWCA Environmental Consultants, where she leads the firm’s nationwide client strategy. In this role, she focuses on expanding SWCA’s portfolio and strengthening client relationships across the private and public sectors, connecting strategy, delivery, and technical expertise to support successful project outcomes.
With more than 24 years of experience in environmental consulting, Stephanie brings deep expertise in client development, regulatory strategy, and large-scale infrastructure projects. She partners closely with clients and internal leaders to align business objectives with operational excellence, helping organizations navigate increasing environmental and regulatory complexity with confidence.
Prior to her current role, Stephanie served as Vice President of Client Services for SWCA’s Power and Energy business lines. She played a key role in scaling the business and expanding the firm’s presence across Transmission, Generation, Mining, and Oil & Gas markets, fostering collaboration across disciplines to support projects from early planning through execution.
Stephanie’s technical background includes NEPA compliance, FERC licensing, Section 404 permitting, protected species consultations, and biological field studies. Throughout her career, she has led complex permitting efforts and multidisciplinary teams across industries including renewable energy, natural gas transmission, water resources, and private development. She is known for her relationship-driven approach and her ability to bring together the right expertise to help clients move complex projects forward.
