Kevin serves as the Vice President of Cultural Resources. He works with regional cultural resources teams to advance strategic initiatives and enhance client relationships, technical capabilities, technology offerings, and creative solutions.
Kevin joined SWCA in 1993. In his previous positions as Vice President for SWCA’s Central Texas region and Cultural Resources Program Director in Austin, he oversaw cultural resources management and permitting for a wide variety of projects across the state, including numerous large oil pipeline and electric transmission line projects. He is also an expert in the archaeology of Texas, southern Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Arizona, with a strong background in prehistoric technologies, faunal studies, and trade/exchange systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in archaeology and a master’s degree in anthropology from the University of Texas at Austin.
