Denis Henry

Denis Henry is a member of SWCA Environmental Consultants’ Board of Directors and previously served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. He joined SWCA in 2008 and played a key role in guiding the company’s financial strategy and operational growth.

During his tenure, Denis led SWCA’s accounting and financial management functions, including financial planning, cash management, auditing, contracting, and client and vendor financial engagements. He also supported the administration of SWCA’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 401(k) plan, including the annual audit and valuation processes.

Before and during his time at SWCA, Denis built a diverse executive career spanning aerospace, defense, logistics services, intellectual property, contracts and pricing, program management, and sales and marketing. His broad operational and financial experience continues to inform his contributions to SWCA’s Board.
