As SWCA’s Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO), Dan Kieny leads the firm’s enterprise technology, data, and digital innovation strategy. In this role, he is responsible for advancing the next phase of technology evolution across the employee‑owned organization—strengthening SWCA’s digital and data infrastructure, modernizing enterprise systems, and expanding the use of emerging technologies to enhance operational excellence, employee experience, and client service. His work supports SWCA’s long‑term strategic goals by delivering innovative digital solutions that improve internal operations, elevate client experiences, and create enduring value.

Dan brings extensive experience in the architecture, engineering, and consulting (AEC) industry and a strong track record leading enterprise platforms and business‑facing technology initiatives. Throughout his career, he has held executive technology leadership roles where he guided enterprise modernization efforts, advanced digital transformation strategies, and partnered closely with business leaders to implement scalable technology solutions that support growth and operational performance.
