Reid Persing

Reid Persing is the Program Management Vice President, leading the development and scaling of client-focused program management teams nationwide. By nurturing strategic relationships and partnering with clients to expand SWCA’s business, Reid empowers his teams to think bigger and approach challenges differently. His leadership focuses on crafting solutions that create value for program management teams and operational partners, while fostering an environment for career-defining development and innovation.

Reid’s desire to learn about SWCA’s clients, employees, and business have guided his career path. He has held positions at all levels of the organization from Natural Resources Technician to Project Manager, and three different Director roles.
