Gayle Roberts joined the SWCA Board of Directors in May 2019. She has more than 37 years of experience in the consulting engineering industry and most recently served as Chair of the Board for Stanley Consultants. Prior to her election as Chair, she served as the company’s President and CEO.
She has been recognized for her contributions to the engineering industry with multiple awards. She holds a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from St. Ambrose University.
