In this role, Amanda will drive hiring, retention, and succession planning strategies while championing ongoing career development across the team. She will continue to help staff grow their technical skills and leadership capacity, ensuring that team members are supported at every stage of their careers.

She will coordinate closely with other service lines to pursue and win larger, more complex multidisciplinary projects. In addition, Amanda will lead and refine program processes that reinforce accountability, uphold SWCA’s rigorous quality standards, and support consistent, reliable project delivery across the Pacific Northwest cultural resources team.
