Anne Russell Promoted to Director of GIS Technical Services

Anne Russell has been promoted to Director of GIS Technical Services.

In this role, Anne will lead GIS teams focused on specific clients, service lines, and remote sensing. She will help advance technical capabilities, strengthen GIS services, and support the continued growth and development of teams across the company.

Anne brings nearly two decades of experience with SWCA’s Geospatial Sciences team and currently serves as the Principal Geospatial Sciences Program Lead for the North Region. Throughout her career, she has focused on quality, technical innovation, staff development and mentorship, and program growth. Her ability to build strong teams, improve workflows, and advance technology solutions has helped strengthen SWCA’s geospatial capabilities and support our clients.
