Josh Bailey Promoted to Director of AI Architecture and Platforms

Josh Bailey has been promoted to Director of AI Architecture and Platforms. In this new role, Josh will help enable the scalable, responsible use of AI across SWCA through a focus on technology, including application development, AI tools and integrations, and data platforms.

Working in close partnership with Lucas Coleman, Josh will co-lead the AI Augmentation Initiative, an effort centered on building a strong, sustainable foundation for AI integration across the business. This includes developing the underlying architecture that supports employee enablement and training, strengthening data systems, and helping establish the governance and guardrails needed to ensure AI is used effectively and appropriately.

Josh’s work will play a critical role in connecting systems, tools, and data in a way that supports high-quality, consistent outcomes while maintaining the professional judgment and trust that define SWCA’s work.
